What you’ll be doing

Working alongside the Managing Director and Quant Director, you’ll be responsible for driving the continued growth of our insight practice. As a team you will be responsible for identifying new revenue streams, developing mixed methodology responses and fostering existing client relationships. You will take day-to-day responsibility for and development of a team of 3 junior quallies as well as managing new business generation, external suppliers and ensuring all projects across the team are delivered to an excellent level.

You’ll be working with us to:
Set up and manage multiple projects, with complex (and often new) digital methodologies (IRT, facial coding, passive data collection etc.)
Design projects, sample frames and questionnaires
Work collaboratively; brainstorm and analyse with other team members
Write debriefs; avoid reportage style research, instead writing imaginative and insightful debriefs
Handle both supplier and client relationships

2+ years as a quantitative researcher

Proven project management and time management skills – highly organised with the ability to work under pressure

What you’ll be doing

Our Execs, with the wider team, are responsible for client project delivery. You are responsible for the smooth running of client requirements and developing an effective working relationship with both clients and suppliers. You contribute to methodology development, coming up with new innovative ideas on how to conduct research whilst ensuring the smooth running of recruitment and fieldwork. In any one week you could be hanging out watching TV whilst interviewing consumers in Manchester, to attending co-creation workshops in order to develop a new product in Stockholm.

What we need from you:

You don’t need research or marketing experience (although if you’ve got some that’s a big plus). You do need unlimited curiosity about people and what makes them tick, and a passion for thinking beyond the obvious.

You’ll also have:

    • Degree educated (grads and soon-to-be grads both welcome)
    • An interest in media and technology is beneficial
    • Project and time management skills
    • Ability to multi task and work well under pressure

You’ll be responsible for analysing quantitative survey data, investigating how effective our clients’ advertising campaigns are.

A key part of the job role involves scripting surveys into an online platform in an effective way and ensuring that returned data is accurately and thoroughly processed and analysed.

What we need from you:

  • Degree level education, preferably in a science / computing subject
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with numerical data

  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
